Shipping:

• Shipping is FREE on orders over $75!
• Oversized products that require excessive shipping fees may be ineligible for free shipping.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
• Free local pickup is available in Minot, ND. 

Returns:

• Returns after having a consultation are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item as long as 50% of the product has not been consumed. 
• Returns are eligible for store credit only. 
• Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
• Gift cards are not available for return or exchange. 
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
