About Miranda
Miranda’s passion comes from seeing the confidence people find after they are educated enough to control their skin conditions. She approaches every new client fearlessly and with one end-goal: to help them become so knowledgeable that they can maintain healthy, glowing skin.
Miranda originally found her love for esthetics due to her personal struggle with acne. Her passion for skincare flourished after connecting with an Esthetician and learning how truly understanding skin leads to results. She went on to begin her career at a salon in 2014. As time went on, Miranda’s clientele continued to grow, and she needed to expand. This is how Nickel & Dodge came to be.
In order to help as many people as possible, Miranda hand-picked a team of professionals who are able to help her expand her expertise. Together, these like-minded, motivated women devote their time to treating and improving all skin types. Nickel & Dodge was established in 2017, and since then, Miranda has continued her education to best serve her clients. She has completed extensive, advanced trainings on topics like corneotherapy, compromised skin, and acne. Miranda’s knowledge of ingredients and cosmetic chemistry is what sets her apart from other Estheticians. The proof is in the results her clients experience - or in this case, the skin that she treats.
Miranda is known for her top-notch work especially when it comes to cosmetic tattooing. When she isn’t helping her clients glow, she is traveling, baking, and spending time with the people that she loves. Fun-fact: Miranda is obsessed with sunglasses because her grandma, who was just as serious about skin care, always wore big sunglasses to prevent wrinkles. You will never find Miranda out in the sun without a pair of sunglasses.
